We had the honor of having Police Captain David Betz come on the show and talk about his loss of his son David (III) a young police officer struggling in silence.  Capt. Betz talks about staying mentally strong, seeking help and rebuilding in the name of his son . Captain Betz is a huge advocate for police and first responder mental health and the new suicide crisis line 988.
